How to use an egg torch

Position the torch at a height of approximately 84cm to 112cm above the floor. Hold and tilt the egg with the large end against the flashlight hole. Grab the small end and use your thumb and first two fingertips to quickly turn the egg left and right. This method determines the condition of the yolk, white and air cells. It also detects blood spots, flesh spots, and bloody whites. Fresh eggs have a visible air space and thin whites. Avoid eggs with blood or flesh stains, bloody whites, and cracked shells.
